Christian Dior Couture seeks a Product Manager for Dior Maison in Paris to develop home collections and drive growth in arts de vivre categories.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage collection plans using visual tools and Excel, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
  • Analyse the performance of existing collections and identify opportunities for product extension and innovation
  • Conduct competitive intelligence and market research across a 360-degree perspective, including product offerings, pricing, materials, and craftsmanship benchmarking
  • Collaborate with creative studios to validate design concepts and technical specifications while ensuring supplier feasibility and constraint management
  • Build comprehensive product briefs for the creative team and oversee timely delivery of designs and technical documentation
  • Manage supplier development processes, tracking design evolution, manufacturing protocols, development costs, and purchase pricing
  • Identify, evaluate, and develop relationships with new suppliers and artisanal partners
  • Communicate product information internally, including craftsmanship details, care instructions, and heritage positioning
  • Establish and validate pricing strategies for product lines and manage allocated development budgets
  • Ensure product referencing, coding, and compliance with legal and intellectual property requirements for all creations and artistic collaborations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree +4 or +5 years in Commerce, Business, or equivalent discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in product development
  • Prior experience in home furnishings, tableware, or decorative arts sectors
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (preferred)
  • Print production experience (preferred)
  • Fluent English
  • Strong knowledge of the home furnishings and tableware market, competitive landscape, and Dior Maison positioning
