Product Manager at Parfums Christian Dior, Athens. Join our Marketing team to drive category strategy across Fragrance, Skincare, and Makeup in a hybrid role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the development of category roadmap and strategy through market, consumer, and competitive analysis, tracking performance and proposing corrective actions
- Coordinate end-to-end product launches and operational deliverables including samples, testers, point-of-sale materials, forecasts, pricing, and assortment updates
- Assist in developing and executing integrated marketing plans across digital, public relations, customer relationship management, and retail channels, ensuring brand consistency
- Partner with Trade Marketing and Retail teams to implement in-store animations, events, merchandising, and promotional materials, monitoring execution quality
- Support advertising and promotional budget tracking, stock management, and reporting to management and headquarters whilst aligning cross-functional stakeholders
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, category management, or product management within a fast-paced, brand-driven environment
- Previous product management experience in cosmetics or luxury sector is advantageous
- Strong product and category sensitivity with a luxury mindset
- Solid organizational and project management skills
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to track performance, support forecasting, and monitor budget follow-up
- Proficiency in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in marketing, category management, product management, or related functions within a fast-paced and brand-driven environment. Prior exposure to product management in the cosmetics or luxury sector is highly valued.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Brand Management, or related discipline.
