Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Product Manager in daily operations and strategic initiatives
  • Conceive and execute sales support materials in close collaboration with graphic designers and suppliers
  • Prepare and compile reports on product performance and market trends
  • Conduct competitive landscape and media analysis to inform product strategy
  • Translate English-language materials from headquarters into German for internal distribution and regional implementation

Qualifications

  • Minimum three completed semesters in a business-related degree program
  • First relevant practical experience, preferably in marketing or product management
  • Passion for the beauty and luxury industries
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluent German and advanced English language skills (French a plus)
