Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Product Manager in daily operations and strategic initiatives
- Conceive and execute sales support materials in close collaboration with graphic designers and suppliers
- Prepare and compile reports on product performance and market trends
- Conduct competitive landscape and media analysis to inform product strategy
- Translate English-language materials from headquarters into German for internal distribution and regional implementation
Qualifications
- Minimum three completed semesters in a business-related degree program
- First relevant practical experience, preferably in marketing or product management
- Passion for the beauty and luxury industries
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent German and advanced English language skills (French a plus)
- Self-directed and creative work approach with strong analytical capabilities
- Demonstrated reliability, attention to detail, and diligence in execution

Beginner-level candidate with minimum three completed semesters in a business-related academic program and preferably some prior exposure to marketing or beauty industry environments.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently completed at least three semesters of an economics, business, or related degree program.
