Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Product Manager in daily product management activities for make‑up ranges.
  • Conceptualize and produce sales‑support materials in close collaboration with graphic designers and external suppliers.
  • Prepare regular reporting and contribute to quantitative analyses to monitor product performance.
  • Conduct competitive and media analyses to inform assortment and marketing choices.
  • Translate English HQ materials into German and adapt content for the local market.

Qualifications

  • At least three completed semesters in a business, economics or similar degree programme.
  • First relevant practical experience, preferably in marketing or product management.
  • Strong command of MS Office with ability to produce presentations and reports.
  • Business‑fluent German and very good English; French is a plus.
