Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Product Manager in daily product management activities for make‑up ranges.
- Conceptualize and produce sales‑support materials in close collaboration with graphic designers and external suppliers.
- Prepare regular reporting and contribute to quantitative analyses to monitor product performance.
- Conduct competitive and media analyses to inform assortment and marketing choices.
- Translate English HQ materials into German and adapt content for the local market.
Qualifications
- At least three completed semesters in a business, economics or similar degree programme.
- First relevant practical experience, preferably in marketing or product management.
- Strong command of MS Office with ability to produce presentations and reports.
- Business‑fluent German and very good English; French is a plus.
- Analytical mindset, independent and creative working style, reliability and attention to detail.
- Genuine passion for the beauty and luxury sector.
