Christian Dior Fragrance Product Management Internship in Düsseldorf, Germany – six-month full-time placement for ambitious beauty marketing students.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize all relevant materials for sales cycles in alignment with brand DNA and positioning
- Create reports and analyses on market performance, competitor activity, and emerging beauty and fragrance trends
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform product strategy and positioning
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (PR, retail, e-commerce) and external partners (creative agencies, influencer networks) on cross-functional initiatives
- Execute independent creative and analytical projects with minimal supervision
- Provide daily operational support to Product Managers, including administrative and analytical tasks
- Contribute social media insights and content recommendations aligned with brand voice
Qualifications
- Minimum three completed semesters of study in business, marketing, or related field
- Foundational knowledge of luxury goods, beauty, or fashion marketing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong written and verbal communication in German and English
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrix organization
- Analytical mindset with ability to synthesize market and consumer data

Experience
Entry-level; minimum three completed semesters of university study; ideally prior marketing or brand management internship experience.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a business degree program (business administration, marketing, luxury brand management, or related discipline); minimum three semesters completed.
