Christian Dior seeks a six-month Fragrance Product Management Intern in Düsseldorf; hybrid role supporting brand strategy and market analysis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and compile marketing materials and sales collateral aligned with brand identity and seasonal sales cycles
- Generate competitor intelligence, market analysis, and trend reports to inform product strategy
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (PR, retail, merchandising) and external partners (creative agencies, consultancies) on cross-functional initiatives
- Develop and execute independent research and analytical projects under mentorship
- Support Product Managers with daily operational tasks, briefings, and administrative coordination
- Monitor social media and digital platforms for emerging consumer trends and brand positioning opportunities
Qualifications
- Completed a minimum of three semesters in economics, business, marketing, or a related degree programme
- Demonstrated practical experience in marketing, product management, or related business function
- Strong passion for luxury lifestyle, beauty, and fragrance categories
- Exceptional cultural awareness and trend forecasting intuition
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Fluent in German and very strong English communication skills; French is a plus
- Ability to work independently with strong analytical and creative problem-solving capabilities
- Social media literacy and digital platform familiarity

Beginner-level internship opportunity; previous marketing or product management experience is preferred but not required. Candidates should demonstrate foundational understanding of luxury brand dynamics and consumer behaviour.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently completed an undergraduate degree in economics, business administration, marketing, or closely related discipline, with a minimum of three semesters completed.
