Role & Responsibilities

  • Support Marketing Product Managers in daily operations to ensure flawless execution of all product launches
  • Conduct performance analysis and contribute to monthly reports, examining sales data to identify market opportunities and challenges
  • Perform ad hoc analyses as requested to support strategic decision-making
  • Analyze initial results following product launches and compile comprehensive launch reports
  • Gather field activation information, team feedback, and competitive intelligence to inform post-launch assessments
  • Monitor point-of-sale material (POSM) consumption through close collaboration with Product Managers and Supply Chain teams

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Marketing, Luxury Brand Management, or Supply Chain Management
  • Demonstrated genuine passion for and understanding of the luxury goods, beauty, and fragrance industries
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities with proficiency in research and data synthesis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments
  • Meticulous attention to detail with demonstrated organizational capabilities
  • Proactive, self-directed learner capable of thriving in dynamic, fast-paced environments
  • Fluency in English (required); Scandinavian languages considered advantageous
