Parfums Christian Dior seeks a Product Management Intern (Internship) in Copenhagen to support product launches, analytics and POSM operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support Marketing Product Managers in the end-to-end execution of product launches, ensuring timely delivery of assets and operational excellence.
- Contribute to monthly performance reports by extracting and analysing sales data to identify opportunities, risks and recommendations.
- Prepare launch reports by assessing first-wave results, documenting field activations, collecting feedback from sales teams and benchmarking competitor activity.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Supply/Logistics teams to monitor POSM consumption and support replenishment and usage analyses.
- Perform ad hoc analyses and contribute to cross‑functional projects with Trade Marketing, Logistics and Retail teams as required.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Business Administration, Marketing, Luxury Brand Management or Supply Chain.
- Demonstrated interest in luxury goods, fragrance and beauty categories.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to synthesise quantitative and qualitative information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proven ability to work in cross‑functional teams.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks.
- Proactive, adaptable self‑starter comfortable in a dynamic, fast‑moving environment.
- Fluency in English required; proficiency in Scandinavian languages (Danish preferred) is a plus.

Beginner — internship level. Open to candidates currently enrolled in undergraduate or graduate programmes; prior industry experience is not required but any relevant internships or project work in marketing, product or retail will be advantageous.
Education
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Luxury Brand Management or Supply Chain.
