Parfums Christian Dior seeks a product development project manager apprentice in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France. January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Pilot and coordinate product project teams across Marketing, R&D, packaging development, purchasing, and production to meet defined development milestones and timelines
- Develop and maintain project development schedules, ensuring compliance with key checkpoints while accounting for packaging/formula complexity and industrial and regulatory constraints
- Analyze project feasibility, identify and assess risks, and communicate action plans to relevant departments when decision-making is required
- Organize and lead development follow-up meetings independently to ensure effective cross-functional project management
- Identify process bottlenecks and propose improvement initiatives within the development process
- Conduct diagnostics of existing processes, gather requirements from stakeholders, and design recommendations for process improvement
- Support implementation of new processes across relevant teams
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Grande École (engineering, chemistry, production/supply chain specialization, or business school with product development focus)
- First professional experience in project management, ideally in cosmetic or industrial development environments
- Demonstrated initiative, exemplary leadership, and people management capability
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal communication skills
- Professional rigor and solution-oriented mindset
- Proficiency with project planning tools, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Understanding of or strong interest in the complete product development process from concept to industrial launch
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams

Entry-level with prior internship or apprenticeship in project management; experience in cosmetic or industrial development environments is advantageous, though demonstrated interest in product development is the primary criterion.
Education
