Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and coordination of product development projects (makeup and skincare), ensuring adherence to defined development timelines (approx. 25% of activity).
  • Create, maintain and update detailed development schedules that integrate technical, industrial and regulatory constraints (≈20%).
  • Assess project feasibility, identify potential risks and propose mitigation plans in collaboration with Marketing, R&D, Packaging, Purchasing and Production (≈15%).

Qualifications
