Role & Responsibilities
- Support the planning and coordination of product development projects (makeup and skincare), ensuring adherence to defined development timelines (approx. 25% of activity).
- Create, maintain and update detailed development schedules that integrate technical, industrial and regulatory constraints (≈20%).
- Assess project feasibility, identify potential risks and propose mitigation plans in collaboration with Marketing, R&D, Packaging, Purchasing and Production (≈15%).
- Organize and facilitate project follow‑up meetings to secure alignment across cross‑functional teams and accelerate decision making (≈15%).
- Identify process improvement opportunities within product development workflows and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (≈15%).
- Contribute to change management and the roll‑out of new processes or tools aimed at increasing project governance efficiency (≈10%).
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Grande École d’Ingénieur (generalist, chemistry, production / supply chain) or Grande École de Commerce on an alternance/apprenticeship track.
- First academic or professional experience in project management, product development or supply chain is preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated rigor and attention to detail.
- Proven collaboration and interpersonal skills; ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams.
- Comfort with change management and a solutions‑oriented approach to obstacles.

Entry‑level; candidates should have at least one significant academic internship or initial professional exposure in project management, product development or supply chain contexts.
Education
Enrolled in an engineering school (generalist, chemistry, production/supply chain) or a business school (Grande École) with an alternance/apprenticeship program.
