Christian Dior Couture seeks a Product Development Assistant for the Women's Ready-to-Wear team in Paris. Begin September 2026.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the development team daily and participate in collection elaboration
  • Classify sketches through photocopying, scanning, Photoshop refinement, and archival filing
  • Distribute sketches and fitting photographs to workshops and ateliers
  • Elaborate and update collection tracking tableaux
  • Organize external supplier receptions, including space and garment rail reservations
  • Liaise between studio, coordination department, and workshop teams
  • Update collection boards in preparation for model assignments
  • Update collection planning documentation
  • Request and track model repatriation across departments (press, archives, etc.)
  • Assist in organizing show fittings
  • Photograph and reference fitting images, filing systematically on network drives
  • Coordinate transfers between ateliers and studio
  • Support collection shooting logistics and assist with style look referencing during photo sessions

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (Bac+3)
  • Proficiency in Photoshop and InDesign
  • Competence in Microsoft Office Suite
  • PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) software knowledge preferred
  • Fluent English
  • Italian language a plus
  • Demonstrated dynamism and independence
  • Exceptional organizational skills and priority management
