Christian Dior Couture in Paris seeks a Product Development Assistant (Internship) — Women's Ready-to-Wear. Full-time, hybrid role starting September 2026.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the women's ready-to-wear development team in daily operations and in the preparation of seasonal collections.
  • Process and archive sketches: photocopy, scan, clean up artwork in Photoshop and file in the development dossiers.
  • Distribute sketches and fitting photographs to external ateliers and internal teams; coordinate transfers between studio and workshops.
  • Maintain and update the toile/sample tracking table and the overall collection plan.
  • Organize external maker receptions and fittings (space reservations, racks and logistics); assist in show fittings.
  • Photograph and reference fitting images, upload and catalogue photos on the shared network.
  • Prepare and update collection boards for attributions and support coordination with the studio and ateliers.
  • Assist in the organisation and execution of collection shootings and participate in referencing looks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's level education (Bac+3) in fashion design, product development, merchandising or related field.
  • Proven proficiency in Photoshop and InDesign; strong command of Pack Office; PLM experience is a plus.
  • Professional command of English; Italian is an advantage.
  • Highly organised, autonomous, dynamic, with strong prioritisation skills and attention to detail.
  • Availability to start the internship in September 2026; full-time commitment expected.
