Role & Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational support to the development team and participate in collection elaboration
• Organize and classify sketches including photocopying originals, scanning, digital refinement via Photoshop, and systematic filing
• Distribute sketches and fitting photographs to ateliers and coordinate with production facilities
• Create and maintain fabric development tracking documentation
• Organize and coordinate external supplier facility visits including space and garment rack reservations
• Liaise with the design studio, production coordination team, and ateliers
• Update collection boards in preparation for collection attribution and line-up planning
• Process requests for model repatriation across departments (press, archives, etc.) and track inventory movement
• Assist in organizing show fittings and coordinate sample transfers between ateliers and design studios
• Photograph and catalogue fitting samples and organize digital assets on the network infrastructure
• Provide logistical support for collection photography sessions and participate in look documentation and referencing

Qualifications

• Minimum Bac+3 qualification or equivalent tertiary education
• Proficiency in Photoshop and InDesign
• Strong command of Microsoft Office suite
• Fluent English with Italian language skills preferred
• Demonstrated organizational acumen and ability to prioritize effectively
• Autonomous working style with strong initiative
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Skills

Experience

Beginner level experience; however, academic or practical exposure to fashion design, product development, or atelier environments is advantageous.

Education

Minimum Bac+3 or equivalent tertiary education (typically a degree in fashion design, fashion business, design management, or related discipline).
