Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor the development of collections and prototypes from initial design to final production.
- Coordinate prototypes between the Paris headquarters and Italian factories, managing daily communications and logistics.
- Ensure product compliance upon receipt and update the database accordingly.
- Standardize products and oversee material validation processes.
- Draft and update collection plans with technical information.
- Create tracking tools to optimize departmental workflows.

Qualifications
- Previous relevant professional experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of footwear.
- Sensitivity to the luxury and fashion industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic skills in InDesign and Illustrator.
- Fluency in English and basic proficiency in Italian.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and dynamism.
