Role & Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance and manufacturing quality across all product categories (ready-to-wear, childrenswear, occasion pieces, and accessories) in collaboration with internal departments and manufacturing partners
• Supervise preparation of technical collection and production documentation while respecting industrial timelines; pilot progress tracking and communicate KPIs to management and partner services
• Participate in manufacturing assignments based on technical capabilities and production capacity; communicate workload balancing to stakeholders
• Conduct sourcing of new manufacturing ateliers to meet creative and industrial requirements
• Build estimated and validated cost structures (PRI) following technical negotiations; maintain regular updates to cost and price calculations within systems
• Oversee daily product referencing within information systems and during showroom periods
• Secure and ensure consistency and completeness of the article database in the ERP and PLM systems
• Manage and support the performance of the Data and Product Industrialisation team
• Serve as key-user subject matter expert on information systems evolution projects

Qualifications

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in textile engineering or equivalent discipline
• Minimum 5–8 years of professional experience in a similar role within ready-to-wear production
• Advanced technical expertise in textile materials and garment construction
• Proficiency with PLM, M3, Excel, Cognos, Power BI, and Illustrator
• Demonstrated knowledge of children's and baby fashion is valued
• Strong data management acumen: product referencing, databases, and information systems architecture
• Ability to mobilize teams and maintain strong working relationships with manufacturing partners and internal services

Skills

Experience

Minimum 5–8 years in product industrialisation, data management, or manufacturing operations within the ready-to-wear fashion sector. Prior exposure to childrenswear or luxury fashion is preferred.

Education

Master's degree (Bac+5) in textile engineering, fashion engineering, or equivalent technical discipline.
