Role & Responsibilities

  • Design, implement and maintain a structured monitoring system for leather goods collections, consolidating data from multiple sources into complex Excel databases.
  • Define and run recurring reporting and analysis cadence in alignment with the manager, ensuring delivery against strict showroom and launch deadlines.
  • Manage validation workflows for components (leathers, accessories) and monitor status of approvals with style and development teams.
  • Support replanning of prototype development and manage planning of design freezes to guarantee timely showroom readiness.
  • Identify, escalate and manage red flags and alerts related to delivery delays or workload reductions; perform root-cause analyses and drive corrective measures.
  • Provide data-driven insights to optimise timelines, costs and quality across 3–4 concurrent collections and propose process improvements.
  • Contribute to weekly capacity planning and provide bottom‑up feedback on team workload and maximum feasible capacity.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English and French is mandatory; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in product coordination, product development or data analysis within leather goods, accessories or luxury fashion.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for creation and maintenance of complex databases and reporting.
  • Working knowledge of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems and ability to integrate PLM outputs into reporting flows.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and experience preparing concise executive presentations.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau is preferable.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proven experience in root-cause analysis, capacity planning and process optimisation.

Experience
