Role & Responsibilities

  • Define purchasing strategy for new architectural developments in alignment with the Research & Development team, including design brief review and cost decomposition
  • Lead supplier research, selection, and evaluation processes; challenge competitors on pricing, delivery timelines, and quality standards
  • Prepare financial forecasts, objectives, and comprehensive data analyses and presentations
  • Manage new supplier onboarding and registration, including confidentiality agreements, code of conduct, and compliance documentation
  • Conduct due diligence on supplier solvency, third-party integrity verification, and certification compliance; schedule and monitor environmental and ethical audits as needed
  • Coordinate multiple furniture supplier tenders and requests for proposal; conduct comparative cost analyses
  • Maintain and update decorative furniture supplier databases; collect pricing, lead times, sales performance, and revenue data
  • Cultivate commercial relationships with key suppliers, manage disputes, and participate in strategic purchasing planning including demand forecasting and procurement optimization
  • Identify new suppliers and opportunities to enhance the vendor portfolio across all architectural categories

Qualifications

  • Master's degree from a recognized Grande École
  • Specialization in Procurement, Project Management, or Data Analysis
  • Minimum 3 years of procurement department experience, ideally in construction or architecture
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Fluent in French and English
