Christian Dior Couture seeks Procurement Project Manager in Paris for fixed-term contract role managing architectural supplier relationships and boutique development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define acquisition strategy for new architectural developments in collaboration with the R&D team, including design brief review, specifications documentation, and cost decomposition
- Conduct supplier research, selection, and evaluation to ensure competitive pricing, timelines, and quality standards; challenge competitor offerings and negotiate agreements
- Manage new supplier integration and onboarding, including execution of DIOR-specific documentation (confidentiality agreements, code of conduct, compliance forms) and due diligence verification
- Conduct environmental, ethical, and integrity assessments of suppliers; plan and coordinate audits and monitor corrective actions
- Coordinate multiple furnished spaces and bespoke furniture requests with design agencies; conduct comparative cost analyses according to evolving concept requirements
- Maintain and update decorative furniture supplier database; collect and analyze pricing, lead times, sales figures, and order performance data
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve disputes for decorative furniture suppliers; participate in procurement strategy development including forecast planning and inventory management
- Identify and onboard new supplier sources; prepare forecasts, objectives, and data-driven analyses for presentation to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree from a leading business school (Grande Ecole)
- Specialization in purchasing, project management, or data analysis
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Procurement department, preferably within construction or architecture sectors
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Fluent in French and English

Education
