Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise the operational procurement team, ensuring adherence to punctuality, quality, and efficiency standards
- Oversee order management, delivery monitoring, and timely resolution of deviations including delays, emergencies, and discrepancies
- Coordinate with suppliers to promptly address issues related to delivery, quality, or quantities
- Implement corrective processes in collaboration with Purchasing and internal stakeholders to prevent supply chain risks
- Collaborate with Industrialization, Product, and Quality teams to ensure technical approvals are available before order release
- Oversee management of quality holds, production returns, and DIBA anomalies to ensure continuity of delivery plans
- Maintain constant interaction with Planning, Product Development, and Production to anticipate and respond to complex operational situations
- Monitor performance KPIs in collaboration with the KPI & Reporting Analyst and proactively propose process improvements
- Manage supplier performance reviews alongside Purchasing and the KPI & Reporting Analyst
Qualifications
- Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or equivalent
- 7+ years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain, ideally in the luxury sector
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and digital tools
- Excellent proficiency in Excel and Power BI or equivalent analytical tools
- English language proficiency at B2 level minimum
- Proven experience managing and developing teams
- Knowledge of French considered a plus

Experience
7+ years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain, ideally within the luxury fashion or leather goods sector, with demonstrated responsibility for team management and operational procurement oversight.
Education
Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or equivalent qualification.

This position is based in Florence, Tuscany, Italy.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 60,000 per annum.
