Parfums Christian Dior is recruiting a Procurement Intern for a full-time internship starting in January 2027 at its Saint-Jean-de-Braye production site near Orléans. The intern will support operational purchasing and negotiations, as well as supplier management, contracts, dispute resolution, portfolio mapping, and purchasing strategy.
Role & Responsibilities
- Work in the Non-Production Purchasing department at the Saint-Jean-de-Braye production site, primarily alongside the Research and Development Purchasing Manager; the intern may also work with the department director and other team members on specific assignments.
- Handle operational purchasing requests and negotiations, with greater autonomy during the second half of the internship.
- Support broader purchasing activities, including supplier follow-up, setting up pricing schedules and legal contracts, resolving disputes, continuing the portfolio-mapping study, and contributing to purchasing strategy for key categories.
- Engage with colleagues across functions including Legal, Finance, and Research and Development to understand how different business functions operate and their responsibilities.
- Develop communication and interpersonal skills through daily contact with operational teams.
Qualifications
- Purchasing education at the level of a final-year business school internship.
- Intermediate English is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Curious, proactive, and autonomous, with the ability to make proposals.
- Results-oriented, able to complete assigned work, and attentive to environmental and societal issues and Dior's values.
