Dior Parfums seeks a Master 1/2 procurement intern in Neuilly-sur-Seine to support RFQ management, supplier sourcing, and strategic purchasing initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage requests for quotation (RFQs) independently from issuance through supplier selection
- Source new suppliers and conduct competitive benchmarking of supplier portfolios
- Analyze quotations and supplier proposals against procurement criteria
- Execute negotiations with suppliers, including off-RFQ exclusive negotiations
- Support development and implementation of pricing grids and annual rebate programs
- Assist in legal contract drafting, review, and dispute resolution
- Contribute to strategic procurement initiatives across primary commodity families
- Maintain and update purchasing databases and procurement management systems
Qualifications
- Master 1 or Master 2 candidate in business administration, management, or equivalent (école de commerce, IAE)
- Demonstrated commitment to specializing in procurement and supply chain functions
- Advanced Excel proficiency including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis
- Proficiency in PowerPoint for presentation and analysis
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities
- Fluent English (professional business level)
Skills
Experience
Entry-level; no prior professional procurement experience required. Candidate must demonstrate a strong commitment to specializing in purchasing and supply chain functions and familiarity with corporate procurement environments.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently completed Master 1 or Master 2 program in business administration, business school (école de commerce), IAE, or equivalent advanced management qualification.
