Parfums Christian Dior seeks a Procurement Intern in Dubai to support purchasing and supplier operations within the luxury beauty sector.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create and monitor purchase orders (PO) through completion
- Support receiving processes for goods and services
- Process MIGO (Material Receipt/Goods Issue) entries in SAP system
- Track and follow up on supplier invoices and pending payments
- Assist with supplier onboarding and document collection
- Coordinate shipments and deliveries with logistics partners including Aramex
- Monitor shipment status and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain organized records and updated filing systems
- Liaise between internal teams and suppliers as needed
- Resolve issues related to orders, receipts, or payment discrepancies
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as university student or recent graduate in Business, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office suite
- SAP system knowledge preferred
- Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
