Christian Dior Parfums seeks a Procurement Development Intern in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France for a 2-year apprenticeship role in merchandising sourcing and buying.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in product launch campaigns by analyzing merchandising and marketing briefs, proposing materials and finishes, launching and managing RFQ processes, and analyzing quotes to ensure budget compliance
- Manage technical development of items through plan validation, sample review, and series verification coordination with suppliers
- Anticipate project risks through proactive communication with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
- Launch and track production through to inventory intake, ensuring quality standards and on-time delivery
- Maintain relationships with internal clients and external suppliers, serving as primary point of contact
- Develop and implement action plans for specific product families with focus on RSE (corporate social responsibility) initiatives
- Establish and maintain a financial dashboard in collaboration with cost control functions to monitor merchandising purchasing performance
- Analyze and improve procurement and development processes for continuous operational enhancement
Qualifications
- Pursuing Master 1 or Master 2 degree (business school, IAE, or equivalent)
- Demonstrated commitment to specialization in Procurement and Sourcing functions
- Strong analytical and synthesizing capabilities
- Proficiency with advanced Excel functions (formulas, pivot tables) and PowerPoint
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, curious, and autonomous work approach
- Fluent English proficiency (minimum intermediate level)

Entry-level; no prior professional experience required; academic studies in business, commerce, or supply chain management preferred.
Education
Currently enrolled in Master 1 or Master 2 program (business school, IAE, or equivalent); bachelor's degree in commerce, economics, or related field typically required.
