Role & Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end procurement workflow including tender management, supplier consultation launch, quotation analysis, cost optimisation negotiation, and vendor evaluation for retail and merchandising projects
- Maintain operational relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, architects, and regional market representatives across boutique and counter projects
- Coordinate multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining accuracy and quality delivery
- Prepare regular activity reports aligned with team requirements and company standards
- Develop and implement targeted action plans including RSE strategy tracking, supplier audits, vendor risk analysis, and business review preparation
- Source innovative materials, identify new partners, and evaluate sustainable supply chain solutions
Qualifications
- Degree at Master's level (Bac+4) with specialisation in Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain Management
- Minimum one year of practical experience in procurement through internships, apprenticeships, or related roles
- Proficiency in English for international scope of role
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities
- Initiative-taking mindset with ability to drive projects forward
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
