Christian Dior Couture apprentice Procure-to-Pay Coordinator in Paris; P2P process management from September 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee invoice tracking, processing, and reconciliation in coordination with vendor accounting teams
- Analyze billing anomalies and implement corrective actions with suppliers to optimize the administrative burden
- Maintain and update vendor staffing referential data in internal systems (Smoteo and ServiceNow)
- Pilot quarterly contractual engagement renewals in alignment with operational managers and coordinate access extension requests
- Coordinate timesheet collection and analysis during monthly accounting closures, ensuring consistency between time-tracking and accounting data
- Produce weekly activity reports and recurring KPI dashboards covering invoicing, timesheets, and T&M orders
Qualifications
- Understanding of Procure-to-Pay processes and associated tools
- Basic knowledge of IT department (DSI) operations and structures
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to interact professionally with multiple stakeholders (accounting, procurement, operational managers, vendors)
