Christian Dior Couture internship: Private Clients Coordination Assistant in Paris. Support luxury client development strategy, analytics, and CRM.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the development of targeting strategies for ultra-luxury clients attending major international events, in collaboration with regional teams
- Consolidate client profiles by gathering qualitative and quantitative customer intelligence
- Analyze key performance indicators from international ultra-luxury events to measure success and inform strategy
- Produce analytical reports supporting product department strategy development
- Serve as the primary contact ensuring data quality and continuous improvement of the high-end client database
- Participate in the design and distribution of the High-End department newsletter
- Conduct competitive benchmarking analysis within the luxury sector
- Provide support for premium clients in the context of bespoke orders and purchase journey resolution
- Consolidate and manage cross-functional project workflows for the Private Clients team
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering program, or advanced university degree program (Bac +4)
- Prior experience in marketing and/or analytics within the fashion or luxury sector
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Fluent English proficiency, both written and oral
- Experience with CRM systems is highly valued
- Strong data analysis and numerical acumen
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
