Role & Responsibilities
- Receive and process press shooting requests from international magazines and media outlets
- Verify look availability using booking management systems and coordinate across regional zones
- Negotiate booking conflicts when multiple publications request the same garments for overlapping dates, prioritizing according to publication importance
- Confirm garment bookings with specific dates and coordinate directly with stylists and journalists for select European markets
- Prepare and stage looks at the showroom prior to shipment
- Coordinate dispatch of garments via the press showroom logistics network
- Monitor and verify timely return of looks from publications
- Maintain organized records of booking calendars and shooting schedules across Europe and the Middle East
Qualifications
- Minimum Bac +2 (two-year post-secondary qualification)
- Fluent French and English (written proficiency essential)
- Demonstrable knowledge of luxury and fashion industry standards
- Prior experience coordinating press shootings or fashion publication logistics
- Strong organizational and anticipatory planning abilities
