Role & Responsibilities
- Respond to daily international press requests, including pricing information, photo captions, and visual materials
- Prepare thematic press dossiers according to specific media requests
- Participate in organizing and maintaining press archives through systematic cataloging and rotation with fellow interns
- Monitor and compile international press coverage through daily press clipping
- Support Paris-based press events, including invitation distribution and journalist request management during presentation days
- Coordinate international shopping submissions for media, including calendar entries, shopping briefs, logistics, and summary reporting
- Execute ad-hoc departmental tasks including shopping site visits and boutique research
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English (mandatory)
- Prior internship experience in a similar press or media environment
- Competency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with FGPS software (preferred)
