Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the European and Middle Eastern Press Assistants in coordinating magazine shoots, also known as 'shoppings'.
- Receive and process shooting requests, ensuring the availability of requested looks via a booking table.
- Negotiate with other regions in case of scheduling conflicts, prioritizing certain publications as necessary.
- Book and prepare looks for requested dates, ensuring timely dispatch from the press showroom.
- Ensure the timely return of looks post-shoot.
- Directly liaise with stylists and journalists for a portion of the European zone.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac +2)
