Parfums Christian Dior Singapore seeks a full-time PR Intern to support PR campaigns, event activations, and administrative tasks in luxury beauty.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist on planning of PR events, including ideation, sourcing, and liaising with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure relevancy of campaign activities
- Manage event logistics including set-up, tear-down, on-site coordination, and hosting of PR guests
- Prepare PR materials including asset adaptation from central resources for local market deployment
- Identify market trends and scout key opinion leaders (KOLs) for selected campaigns
- Execute PR campaigns including preparation of briefs, KOL validation lists, dissemination of PR packages, and post-event reporting
- Coordinate logistics with media and influencer partners, including product sendouts for photoshoots and content creation
- Support ordering and packing of PR stock inventory
- Assist with vendor creation and management
- Monitor competitor activities including new product launches, PR initiatives, and KOL partnerships
- Execute ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
Qualifications
- Passion for luxury beauty and cosmetics
- Outgoing personality with ability to adapt to fast-paced environments
- Strong multitasking capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Keen attention to detail and organizational precision
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator for artwork editing
Skills
Experience
Beginner level; internship candidates with emerging experience in PR, marketing communications, or events management are encouraged to apply.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently completed an undergraduate degree, preferably in marketing, communications, public relations, business, or related discipline.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Singapore, Central, Singapore.
