Parfums Christian Dior seeks an experienced POS Manager for its Oslo boutique. Lead retail operations, team management, and luxury customer experiences in this temporary maternity cover role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive and motivate the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through focused leadership briefs, novelty training, and retail activation initiatives
  • Conduct weekly development action plans for each team member to foster individual strengths and collective goal achievement
  • Deliver retail excellence by ensuring comprehensive brand and product knowledge through all available retail education tools
  • Develop and cultivate client relationships through systematic clienteling practices both in-store and remotely
  • Apply standardized operational procedures for all retail processes including stock intake, inventory management, and purchase registration
  • Monitor customer satisfaction key performance indicators (NPS, mystery shopping results) and implement corrective action plans
  • Lead efficient point-of-sale operations with emphasis on stock management, inventory cycles, and replenishment protocols
  • Plan staff shifts strategically according to store traffic patterns and daily/weekly/monthly sell-out potential
  • Oversee point-of-sale material inventory (gifts, samples, testers) to maintain optimal levels and efficient utilization
  • Implement merchandising guidelines and promptly alert management to maintenance needs or product visibility issues
  • Develop strong collaborative relationships with department store management to position Dior as a premier retail partner
  • Identify and report business opportunities, performance results, competitor activity, and action plans on a daily basis
