Christian Dior Couture Plant Quality Manager role in Florence, Italy. Lead manufacturing quality and ensure product excellence.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define quality objectives for production processes in collaboration with Corporate Quality
  • Develop and maintain Control Plans covering raw materials through finished goods, monitoring performance and adherence
  • Conduct product quality audits, identify corrective actions, and monitor their execution and effectiveness
  • Collect and analyze internal and supplier non-quality data to identify root causes and manage associated costs
  • Monitor defects processes and ensure responsiveness to production anomalies
  • Prepare quality assurance plans for new products
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives through quality problem analysis and management of improvement plans
  • Implement corrective measures resulting from internal and external audits
  • Monitor corrective actions, verify effectiveness, and provide feedback
  • Participate in the development and improvement of Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) processes
  • Conduct personal visits to customers for quality assurance and relationship management
  • Certify and report process and product variations, ensuring compliance with established procedures
  • Validate conformity of finished products and ensure customer requirement compliance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or equivalent discipline
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in technical fields and production plant quality management
  • Fluent English proficiency; additional languages preferred
  • Demonstrated expertise in quality control tools and methodologies
