Parfums Christian Dior is seeking a Perfume Product Manager Assistant for a full-time internship in its Marketing team, supporting the France market’s perfume launches and events. The role coordinates cross-functional launch projects, tracks market and competitor performance, and contributes analysis and creative recommendations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor product launch projects in the France market with the subsidiary’s cross-functional teams: Media, Merchandising, Trade, CRM, E-retail and Training.
  • Manage the operational, 360-degree delivery of launches and events during the current half-year.
  • Prepare weekly analytical reports on company and competitor performance in the French perfumery market.
  • Analyze the market, competitors and performance across the different franchises.
  • Provide recommendations and creative input for upcoming launches.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Master’s-level business school or equivalent program.
  • Hold a Bac+4 or Bac+5 qualification.
  • Ideally have initial experience in marketing and/or the cosmetics sector.
  • Demonstrate initiative.
  • Show collaboration and teamwork.
  • Have communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Show attention to detail.
  • Have an analytical mindset.
  • Demonstrate adaptability.
  • Have good command of Pack Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Sharepoint).
  • Ideally have knowledge of Circana and Nielsen panel software.
  • Ideally have knowledge of the Power Bi platform.

Experience
