Christian Dior Couture seeks a Performance Marketing Manager EMEA in Paris to lead paid search and social activations across 33 markets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate EMEA performance media campaign planning, strategy localization, and execution across Paid Search and Paid Social activations for 33 markets
- Partner with central and regional teams across Media, Performance Marketing, Merchandising, Data, and Marketing to ensure consistent, efficient, and brand-safe activations
- Build and maintain a robust performance measurement framework with clear business targets at regional and market levels, supporting topline and profitability growth
- Co-build and share Paid Search and Paid Social campaign briefs for seasonal collection launches, digital and retail events, and commercial festivities
- Define custom local audience strategies to support clienteling objectives, including recruitment, retention, and development across retail and digital channels
- Monitor campaign performance using appropriate attribution models and tools to identify optimization opportunities
- Partner with regional teams to define business priorities, including product categories and lines to promote, local festivities, and events
- Facilitate cross-market collaboration, knowledge sharing, and best practice dissemination across the organization
- Partner with media agencies and advertising partners to ensure best-in-class campaign activation, performance effectiveness, and operational excellence
- Challenge brief restitutions, validate media plans, and ensure timely execution across all markets
- Support annual, quarterly, and monthly media budget planning in coordination with regional, central media, and finance teams
- Monitor budget delivery and performance against business targets across platforms, site-centric and attribution model perspectives
- Contribute to agile budget allocation and efficiency initiatives across markets and channels to unlock incremental business opportunities
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Acquisition, or E-commerce Marketing
- Proven experience operating in multi-market or regional organizations, ideally across Europe or EMEA
- Strong expertise across Paid Search and Paid Social planning, activation, and optimization
- Demonstrated experience managing agencies and multiple stakeholders in complex business environments
- Strong analytical mindset with proven experience in performance steering, budget management, and forecasting
- Experience with data, reporting, attribution, and measurement solutions such as GA4 and Wizaly
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Paid Social platforms
- Familiarity with feed optimization, e-commerce analytics, and performance marketing technologies
- Luxury, fashion, beauty, or premium retail experience highly appreciated
