Christian Dior Couture: Performance Marketing Intern (6 months) in Paris, supporting EMEA e-commerce growth and digital campaign optimization.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support campaign activation implementation aligned with each country's commercial calendars across EMEA markets
- Coordinate paid search, social media, and display campaign launches with media partners and agencies
- Anticipate requirements and share creative briefs with internal teams regarding assets, translations, product data, and tracking specifications
- Ensure consistency between campaign assets and campaign objectives
- Share deliverables, coordinate agency implementation, and verify preview materials prior to launch
- Monitor timely campaign deployment and adherence to brand guidelines and compliance requirements
- Update shared documentation including planning calendars, weekly presentations, and budget tracking; create performance marketing activity summaries
- Conduct consistency audits and monitor paid advertising campaigns; conduct competitive intelligence on competitor paid advertising
- Prepare and deliver weekly performance reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+4/5) from a business school or equivalent with specialization in marketing or digital e-commerce
- Familiarity with web analytics tools including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social business management platforms
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken); additional languages valued
- Analytical and strategic mindset with keen attention to detail
- Strong understanding of global media partners and their specific capabilities (Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Commitment to delivering results within established timelines

1–2 prior internships (6 months each) in digital marketing or luxury retail; relevant experience in luxury goods, selective distribution, or e-commerce preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree (Bac+4/5) from a business school or equivalent, with specialization in marketing or digital e-commerce.
