Parfums Christian Dior in Copenhagen seeks a Payroll & Accounting Specialist to manage payroll for Sweden and Finland and support accounting operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end payroll processing for Sweden and Finland, ensuring compliance with local legislation, collective agreements and company policies.
- Prepare, control and validate payroll documentation; perform reconciliations of social charges, pension costs and payroll-related taxes.
- Process intercompany payroll charges, management fees and related entries; contribute to monthly payroll reporting and month-end closings.
- Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable: vendor invoice approval, booking in SAP, vendor setup and timely payments.
- Manage Accounts Receivable tasks: post incoming payments, monitor overdue invoices, and issue payment reminders.
- Review, approve and process employee Travel & Entertainment reports using Concur and SAP.
- Perform bank, intercompany and Intrastat reconciliations; maintain audit-ready records and support external/internal audits.
- Collaborate with Nordics Head of HR, Chief Accounting Officer (Sweden) and internal stakeholders to drive process improvements and participate in ad-hoc HR/accounting projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum three years' progressive experience in payroll and accounting within an international, fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience managing full payroll cycles for at least two Nordic countries, with hands-on knowledge of Sweden and Finland preferred.
- Solid practical knowledge of core accounting processes: AP, AR and complex reconciliations.
- Fluent written and spoken English; knowledge of a Scandinavian language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian or Finnish) is a significant advantage.

Experience
At least 3 years' combined experience in payroll and accounting roles, with documented responsibility for full payroll cycles in Nordic jurisdictions and exposure to AP/AR, reconciliations and month-end closing in an international corporate environment.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline.
