Role & Responsibilities
- Support payroll and compensation administration for Dior UK operations
- Provide administrative assistance to the Compensation & Benefits department
- Assist the Compensation & Benefits Manager in preparing reports and conducting analysis
- Input and manage data within the HRIS system and oversee data change procedures
- Oversee data entry for new employee starters into the employee portal
- Maintain and administer benefits administration processes
- Support ad hoc HR projects and special initiatives
- Ensure all HR administrative functions remain current and effective
Qualifications
- Right to work in the UK
- Availability to commence by 15 June 2026
- Ability to commit to full-time, on-site work for the six-month internship duration
Skills
Experience
HR management degree or previous work experience in HR; knowledge of fashion retail environments; demonstration of self-direction and proactive problem-solving.
Education
HR management degree or equivalent qualification in human resources, business administration, or related discipline.
