Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of the Baby Dior collections within the children's cutting/sewing atelier under the supervision of the head of atelier.
- Execute flat pattern cutting of prototypes (coupe à plat) to technical specifications.
- Coordinate with the mechanics/assembly team to follow up on sample construction and production readiness.
- Perform alterations and technical adjustments following fittings to ensure fit and quality.
- Learn and apply industrial garment production processes from prototype to finished piece.
- Adhere to atelier quality standards and document changes for prototype tracking.
Qualifications
- Vocational training in couture, patternmaking, or tailoring (École de Couture, Modélisme, Patronage) or equivalent.
- Motivated and committed to long-term development within a major couture maison.
- Autonomy, flexibility, curiosity and a strong aptitude for technical problem‑solving.
- Genuine passion for garment construction and readiness to engage with complex technical challenges.
- Fluency in French is required; ability to work on site in Redon for the full 12‑month alternance starting September 2026.
