Role & Responsibilities
- Execute preliminary product preparation tasks in the pastry kitchen
- Assist Sous Chefs and Chefs de Partie in the preparation and elaboration of pastries and desserts
- Ensure service delivery according to restaurant procedures and protocols
- Maintain premises and equipment in compliance with HACCP food safety standards
- Participate in goods receipt following HACCP protocols and hotel procedures
- Plate and distribute finished dishes according to plating specifications
- Participate in waste sorting and disposal procedures
- Report any abnormal situations concerning safety risks to management
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in pastry and/or kitchen operations within a luxury establishment
- Strong attention to detail and precision in execution
- Highly developed sense of service and guest orientation
- Creative mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, anticipation, and follow-up capabilities
