Parfums Christian Dior seeks a Part‑Time Beauty Consultant (17 hours) in Copenhagen, Denmark to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve retail targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Sell Dior products in-store and remotely, acting as a personal shopper and following the brand D.I.O.R. sales method to meet monthly retail targets and contribute to counter KPIs.
- Deliver an exceptional, high‑standard client experience: initiate contact, identify needs, propose personalised product offers and conduct flawless demonstrations and services.
- Develop and maintain durable client relationships through clienteling and CRM activities; register client data and leverage Dior Connect & Ipos to drive traffic and loyalty.
- Communicate passionately about brand and products; educate clients on categories and cross‑category solutions to maximise basket value.
- Execute operational tasks: apply merchandising guidelines, monitor stock and shelf inventory, display new products, operate cash register and close daily revenues where applicable.
- Perform assigned administrative duties, maintain strong relationships with retailer partners and adhere to corporate and counter standards including attendance, punctuality and grooming guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in retail or service; prior luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving retail results and meeting sales targets.
- Customer‑centric attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and alongside external retail partners or freelancers.
- Willingness to adhere to brand presentation and grooming standards.
