Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive briefs for agency partners preceding each campaign activation
- Support the Paid Social Expert in media plan validation and strategic recommendations
- Monitor brief implementation and campaign launch execution across European markets
- Track real-time campaign performance metrics and propose optimization strategies in collaboration with agency partners
- Deliver comprehensive post-campaign reporting that highlights key performance indicators and identifies best practices for future initiatives
- Provide feedback to Central Media teams on guidelines and contribute to their iterative refinement
- Conduct ongoing market surveillance to identify emerging innovations and trends in digital advertising
- Mentor and support European market teams in developing digital marketing competency and strategic understanding
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Master's degree in Business, Digital Marketing, or equivalent university-level qualification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (mandatory)
- Fluent English language skills
- Demonstrated expertise with Meta Business Manager, TikTok Business, Snapchat, and Pinterest advertising platforms (preferred)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and web culture
- Exceptional organisational and attention to detail

Entry-level candidates with foundational digital marketing knowledge are encouraged to apply; experience with social media advertising platforms or digital agency environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
