Parfums Christian Dior in Orléans seeks a Packaging Workshop Manager (CDI) to lead a 35‑person team on 2x8 shifts in the packaging department.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a packaging/filling workshop across 2x8 shift patterns, responsible for approximately 35 direct reports and for the operational performance of the shift.
- Ensure product quality and compliance with internal standards and safety procedures; own disciplinary follow‑up and maintain a culture of exemplary safety.
- Plan and allocate manpower to production lines, drive polyvalence and ensure adherence to production schedules and ranges.
- Monitor and animate performance KPIs (TRS, changeover times, planning adherence) and implement corrective actions to reach production targets.
- Drive continuous improvement: propose and deploy process improvements, lead problem‑solving activities, conduct field audits and standardise 24/7 workshop operations.
- Develop team competencies through training, habilitations and on‑the‑job coaching to sustain quality and productivity.
Qualifications
- Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification.
- Proven leadership capability with a strong orientation to results and team mobilisation.
- Solid organisational skills, rigor and attention to detail with a passion for product quality.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; knowledge of Microsoft Power BI and SAP is a strong advantage.
- Ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives and manage production KPIs.

Experience
Open to early‑career candidates with limited professional experience (Débutant) who demonstrate managerial potential; prior exposure to production or team supervision in manufacturing/packaging environments is an advantage.
Education
Engineering degree or equivalent technical diploma.
