Parfums Christian Dior in Neuilly‑sur‑Seine seeks a Packaging Materials Purchasing Apprentice (alternance) to support coordination of glass, metal‑plastic and carton sourcing.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support Materials Purchasing Managers for glass, metal‑plastic and carton suppliers across LVMH Parfums & Cosmétiques maisons (for example Dior, Givenchy, Guerlain), including preparation and organisation of purchase meetings and consolidation of monthly purchasing figures.
  • Update and maintain monthly supplier performance dashboards (OTIF, quality, RFA) and compile semi‑annual carton tonnage consumption reports.
  • Administer supplier accounts in SAP to ensure harmonised vendor master data and support electronic distribution and signature of Codes of Conduct, confidentiality agreements and supplier commercial contracts.
  • Contribute to keeping the Concerto Purchasing portal current, ensuring supplier data and documentation are regularly refreshed.
  • Support the implementation of responsible purchasing policies: track supplier CSR (RSE) evaluations, follow up on social and environmental audit plans and assist in the eco‑design roadmap for packaging materials.
  • Execute specific cross‑functional purchasing projects or assignments as directed by the Materials Purchasing team.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Bac+4/5 (Master level) programme specialising in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or a closely related discipline (work‑study/alternance).
  • Strong organisational rigour, attention to detail and a proactive, initiative‑driven approach.
  • Good analytical and synthesis capabilities with a critical mindset toward purchasing data and KPIs.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ease interacting with multiple internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Professional working proficiency in English (anglais courant).
