Parfums Christian Dior — Neuilly-sur-Seine: Alternance Packaging Industrialization Intern to support packaging launches, testing and process improvement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support Packaging Industrialization managers on launch projects and routine baseline packaging activities for production lines.
- Define and develop packaging formats (PTFs, corrugated dividers, etc.) compatible with suppliers and associated filling/packaging lines.
- Prepare, program and execute packaging trials (Essai/PST), analyse results and produce formal test reports.
- Coordinate and animate upstream ASR meetings to identify risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Lead AMDEC (FMEA) process workshops with selected suppliers to mitigate process risks.
- Act as the interface between production, technical teams, Quality and Packaging Development to recommend optimal technical solutions.
- Organize and lead project follow-up meetings and ensure identified actions are tracked to completion.
- Initiate continuous-improvement projects to reduce packaging-related losses and improve line efficiency.
Qualifications
- Enrolment in a Bac+2/3 programme in Packaging Engineering, Packaging Technology or equivalent (BTS, DUT, Licence) — seeking alternance.
- Curiosity and a strong orientation to continuous improvement and eco-design.
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills; ability to work cross-functionally with production, quality and suppliers.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to propose technical improvements.
- Previous internships or practical experience with packaging suppliers or packaging production is a plus.
- Familiarity with packaging design and testing methodologies (AMDEC/FMEA, trial planning) is advantageous.

Open to early-career candidates enrolled in a vocational or higher-education programme (Bac+2/3) seeking an alternance. Previous internships with packaging manufacturers or packaging suppliers are an advantage but not mandatory.
