Role & Responsibilities

  • Integrate into the Packaging (Conditionnement) team on the Chartres production site and work under the guidance of an assigned tutor.
  • Benchmark packaging standards and operating practices with other production units (perfume, powders & lipsticks, cosmetics manufacture) to capture best practices for standards animation.
  • Conduct a detailed current‑state assessment across stakeholders to identify dysfunctions and prioritise improvement levers.
  • Define a roadmap of fundamental standards for the production unit aligned with safety, business and human considerations.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects (e.g., SMED, 5S, flow optimisation) from concept through implementation.
  • Participate in daily performance routines to identify processes to reinforce, optimise or create.
  • Develop, monitor and analyse Methods activity performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented actions.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams during standards deployment to ensure homogeneous practices and sustain changes through team engagement.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in an engineering school with a specialisation in production, industrial engineering or equivalent; seeking a six‑month internship.
  • Rigor and meticulous approach to document control and data analysis.
  • Comfortable with information systems and digital tools used for production management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure and synthesise information.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work with diverse operational stakeholders and foster team collaboration.
