Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end packaging development projects for primary and secondary packs for new launches and core catalogue SKUs, liaising with internal stakeholders (R&D, Marketing, Quality) and external suppliers.
- Verify and validate decoration documents to ensure compliance with new and existing regulatory requirements and internal Dior specifications.
- Transmit validated documentation to suppliers and monitor their correct implementation and application.
- Update technical specifications to integrate regulatory evolutions affecting printed decorations and packaging components.
- Contribute to the Maison’s product compliance efforts to secure uninterrupted market launches and avoid supply disruptions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's programme (relevant fields e.g., Packaging, Materials Science, Industrial Design, Product Development or related).
- Rigorous, curious and methodical approach to project follow-up and document control.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit.
- Autonomous, proactive and able to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in English for meetings and written correspondence.

Entry-level internship role suitable for a Master’s student; no prior professional experience required but any exposure to packaging development, quality or production environments is advantageous.
Education
Enrolled in a Master's degree programme (in progress).
