Role & Responsibilities

  • Support development of primary and secondary packaging for new product launches and the core catalogue across assigned product lines (skincare, fragrance, makeup).
  • Gather and formalise marketing briefs from validated mock-ups; translate marketing requirements into detailed technical specifications for supplier consultations.
  • Draft technical briefs/specifications and manage documentation for supplier tendering and validation.
  • Meet and liaise with key suppliers to communicate technical briefs and follow up on development milestones (supplier site visits and meetings).
  • Present development stages and samples to internal Dior validation committees and cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Participate in print proofs / press approvals and production kick‑offs at supplier sites (anticipated travel three to four times per month).
  • Implement and validate bill of materials/nomenclatures and build component assortments (panoplies); validate BAGs.
  • Contribute to packaging industrialisation activities within Dior production sites.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Master's programme and seeking an alternance/apprenticeship (Packaging, Materials, Industrial Design, Product Development or a related field).
  • Strong project organisation and rigorous follow‑through on technical specifications and deadlines.
  • Good interpersonal skills; comfortable working collaboratively with marketing, suppliers and cross‑functional teams.
  • Autonomous and proactive attitude with a capacity to take initiative and manage small projects.
  • Business‑level English for meetings and written communication; availability for regular supplier visits.
