Role & Responsibilities
- Develop primary and secondary packaging for new products and core collections
- Gather and formalize marketing briefs based on validated mockups
- Draft technical briefs in specification format for supplier consultation
- Engage with principal suppliers to present and discuss project briefs
- Present development milestones to validating Dior internal teams
- Participate in production process validation (BAT/Bon à Tirer) at supplier facilities, with approximately three to four monthly site visits
- Implement nomenclatures, validate production specifications (BAG), and oversee panoplie construction and approval
- Contribute to packaging industrialization activities within Dior manufacturing facilities
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree or equivalent advanced qualification
- Demonstrated curiosity and rigorous project management discipline
- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
- Professional fluency in English (meetings and written correspondence)
