Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate packaging development projects, ensuring alignment with marketing briefs and objectives for timeline, cost, design, industrialization, and quality.
- Oversee the homologation process, ensuring compatibility and functionality of packaging with R&D standards.
- Manage the system and process of packaging specification, ensuring quality and machinability criteria are met.
- Collaborate with internal departments and suppliers to ensure successful project execution and timely delivery.
- Provide technical support for quality control and compliance, arranging necessary tests and ensuring adherence to specifications.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in cosmetic, perfume, or skincare packaging development or related industry.
- Proficiency in English; French is a plus.
- Experience with plastic injection, IBM, EBM, metal stamping/CNC, and decoration processes.
- Knowledge of mold fabrication for various materials is advantageous.
- Familiarity with 3D design software and MS Office applications.

Experience
At least 2 years of experience in packaging development within the cosmetics or related industry.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Design, or a related field is preferred.
